Weird Optical Illusion
OK, two things:
1. How have I never noticed this before and;
2. Does anyone else experience this?
I just noticed this now where dividing a vertical line in half (putting a dash through it) one half will appear dramatically longer than the other. The more squashed the aspect ratio is the more dramatic the effect. Flipping the line horizontally utterly breaks the illusion.
Is my brain just as broken or did I stumble upon a known optical illusion to which I cannot place a name? :lol:
Borked Hands
My hands have been no good for anything really for the past month or so. It was nothing permanent, I was simply not used to abusing as roughly as I normally do. On the plus side I was able to win a powerlifting contest, have a look!

Why does this make me feel dirty?
Well f*ck me!
I was working on some pretty sick concept art for a new alien species but my cats develop a habit of putting their paws on the exact same place on my computer when they walk on and off it and no amount of cat repellent works! I put some crap over the power button yesterday because they had developed the habit of holding a paw on the power button for several seconds thus bypassing Windows and forcing a hard shutoff. This time however when one of them was on my computer and I was trying to shoo him off he became confounded because he could not put his paw on the glowy power button. It was kind of funny watching him paw against the squeeze donut
